An internship at Arbetsförmedlingens main office working as an UX/service designer. My role required a high level of communication and the ability to cross department limits and connect with different stakeholders.

I worked with several projects, including updating and migrating the internal network,  as well as improving the user experience of the design library (Digi). My work mainly consisted of user research, user testing and interviews, data collection, analysing data, as well as facilitating workshops and creating wireframes. 

Through my work experience I’ve improved my knowledge and skills within user experience, research, design, and data analysis.
